Honbrok Peak also called Cigarette Peak, also spelled Hombroq Peak, is indeed a mountain peak located in the Humbroq Valley of the Hushe village, in the Ghanche District of Baltistan in Pakistan. The peak is situated in the Karakoram mountain range and has an elevation of approximately 5,700 meters (18,700 feet). Hikers and trekkers who come to the Humbroq Valley to explore the nearby mountains and glaciers love it for its breathtaking natural beauty. Several more peaks may be found in the valley, including Honbrok Base Peak, which is close to Honbrok Peak and rises to a height of roughly 5,600 meters (18,372 feet). The lower footbridge that leads to the true right bank of the Hushe River is a popular starting point for hikes to the Hombroq summer pastures which offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape and mountain peaks. The region is also known for having an impressive cultural legacy and is home to a number of beautiful traditional villages and interesting historic structures.
