The K6 Peaks also called the K6 or the Masherbrum Range, are a group of mountains in Pakistan-administered Gilgit-Baltistan's Karakoram area. K6 is a component of the larger Karakoram Range which contains some of the highest mountains in the world including K2 and the second-highest mountain on Earth. The K6 Peaks is a collection of six peaks in this range, with K6 West being the tallest at roughly 7,281 meters (23,891 ft). The K6 Peaks are a popular destination for seasoned mountaineers looking for adventure and technical climbing challenges because of their difficult climbing routes and rocky landscapes.
